Bill's Eagle project consisted of his painting fire hydrants in the Lower Swatara Township. The hydrants had to be color-coded per the amount of pressure that was available at the particular location. Bill's mom and her friend Jill got lots of paint on them that summer. Presently, Bill moved to Springfield, IL with his parents. While in Middletown Bill attended Middletown Highschool in Middletown, PA we teased him about not being able to make campouts because of his trips to Aruba.
