Todd's Eagle project consisted of building an outdoor athletic area at the Methodist Home (for young women and men) near Shiremanstown, PA.
Todd graduated from Penn State University, Penn College in Williamsport, PA, majoring in information systems management with a networking concentration. Todd is married and employed at a company in Mechanicsburg, PA.
